Photos of the North Steptoe Valley
January 10th, 2009The Steptoe Valley is a gorgeous valley that many travelers through Nevada sort of see. They may not see the true beauty of the valley itself, but since Highway 93 cuts right through the valley…many people do at least get a glimpse of it.
The Steptoe Valley is VERY long…extending from about 30 miles South of Ely for about 50 miles to the North of Ely…thus being somewhere in the vicinity of 80 miles in length. The width of the Valley varies from about 5 miles all the way up to 30 miles…depending on where you are. (more…)
