South Lake Tahoe is located on the south end of Lake Tahoe, right at the base of the Heavenly Ski Resort. Needless to say, South Lake Tahoe has an awesome location for outdoor recreation, not to mention scenic beauty. South Lake Tahoe is also located along the Lake Tahoe Scenic Drive. As a side note, I'm also including pictures from Stateline, NV, in this gallery since, for basic purposes, the two towns flow together even if they are in different states.
