Cave Lake is a high-altitude reservoir located fifteen miles to the southeast of Ely, Nevada, in Cave Lake State Park. Besides having a beautiful location at the base of the Schell Creek Range, the lake has very clear water and solid brown trout fishing. Also included in this gallery are some photos taken while driving a dirt road that begins in Cave Lake State Park and climbs into the high country of the Schell Creek Range above Cave Lake.
