Southern Ruby Valley Photographs

Wild Horse in the Ruby Valley
The Ruby Valley is home to one of the larger herds of Wild Horses in Nevada. And much to my surprise, I stumbled across one while venturing through the valley in late May. And so here’s a photograph of a wild horse, with Bald Mountain rising in the background.

About This Gallery

This particular photo gallery showcases the views one gets when visiting the SOUTHERN part of the Ruby Valley, which basically lies to the south of Ruby Marsh. I especially love this part of the refuge as the mountains rise abruptly off the Ruby Valley floor and the Ruby Valley itself marches seemingly onward forever to the North.
