About the Paris Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas

The Paris is a relatively new hotel and casino that sits right next to Bally’s and across the street from the Bellagio. With the exception of the Stratosphere, I think the Paris is the most easily identifiable of the hotels in Las Vegas, simply because where else are you going to find a 1/2 size replica of the Eiffel Tower?

The Eiffel Tower at the Paris Hotel and Casino is a beautiful structure and was constructed to be an exact 1/2 size replica of the real Eiffel Tower in Paris, France. Despite the huge size of the Eiffel Tower, the structure itself doesn’t have much in it. Just a very fancy and high-priced (but exceptionally good!) restaurant and a tiny observation deck at the very top (see Views From the Top of the Eiffel Tower).

The hotel and casino of the Paris itself is themed after, you guessed it, France. And the hotel did a wonderful job in this regard…the shopping area of the Paris is especailly nice and perfectly themed to resemble a stroll down a French street.

The rooms at the Paris are very nice…you won’t be finding boring or dirty rooms here. Yeah, the Paris isn’t exactly “cheap” in terms of price. However, in comparison to some other hotels on the Strip, rooms at the Paris aren’t as expensive as found elsewhere…such as the Bellagio or the Wynn.
