About the Excalibur Hotel in Las Vegas

The Excalibur is a neat place. It’s not the priciest or most stylish of hotels in town. But…and I guess what I like about it…is the hotels theme. The theme of the Excalibur is obvious in the hotels looks…with it’s many spires and castle-like appearance.

Because of this, Excalibur tends to attract many families with kids, and is thus considered one of the more “kid friendly” hotels on the Las Vegas Strip.

The Excalibur in Las Vegas has a wonderful location at the corner of Tropicana and Las Vegas Boulevard…as it is directly across the street from the New York New York and the MGM Grand. This makes it easy to go across the bridge to the MGM Grand and catch the Las Vegas Monorail to other parts of the Las Vegas Strip.

Additionally, a handy little tram shuttles back and forth between the Mandalay Bay, the Luxor and the ExCalibur.
