Nevada Incorporation BooksNevada is very business friendly. This "friendliness" towards business is one of several reasons the state has been growing so strongly in recent years. Nevada has no personal income tax. It has no corporate tax. And the costs to set up a corporation is low. For this reason, thousands of people every year are setting up businesses in Nevada - including, I dare say - myself. Having gone through the incorporation process, I discovered that it isn't really that difficult. Indeed, it's rather pathetically simple. Whether you want to do it yourself or not depends on your time committment and your attention to detail. In general, most incorporation services charge around $300-$400 to set up a corporation in Nevada - pretty reasonable. Still, you can save yourself about 3/4 of that cost by doing it yourself. To do so, you'll want to get one of the books below as well as the necessary legal forms from either a legal handbook or straight from the State of Nevada website. All of these books are available through Amazon.Com.
